Freshmen Center Emily Kaus had 10 points and 11 rebounds for her second career double-double, as the Beavers fell in a two overtime thriller.

Junior Patrick Cassidy posted 20 points and senior Seth Haake added 16 points, and 3 assists, steals and rebounds.
M. Hockey: #4 BSU 8, Niagara University 2
Junior Ian Lowe scored two goals for his first Collegiate multi-goal game, as the Beavers went on to dominate Niagara, 8-2.
Saturday, Dec. 5
W. Hockey: BSU 3, UND 0
Junior Erin Cody scored two goals and sophomore Zuzana Tomcikova made 26 saves, to record her sixth career blank sheet.
W. Basketball: UM-Crookston 92, BSU 88
Freshmen Katie Pettit put up 17 points, while shooting 10-10 from the free throw line.
M. Hockey: BSU 3, Niagara University 2
Senior Chris McKelvie had a goal and an assist and senior Tyler Lehrke had two assists. Sophomore Dan Bakala made 29 saves as he became the first goalie in the 2009-2010 season to earn 10 victories.
M. Basketball: BSU 89, UM-Crookston 72
Sophomore Bryce Tesdahl scored 20 points for the Beavers as they won their first NSIC game of the season.
