A welfare check was performed in Cedar Hall. The person in question was located and found to be safe.

Security was notified of vandalism in Oak Hall.

 

Biohazard

A biohazard worker was notified to clean vomit from a Pine Hall bathroom.

Alarm, Fire

Security responded to a fire alarm in Pine Hall. The cause of the alarm was burnt food.

Maintenance

Security was contacted about an electrical problem in Tamarack Hall. A breaker was reset.

 

Vehicle Accident, No Injuries

A minor vehicle accident was reported in the Birch Hall parking lot. No injuries were reported.

A BSU vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident off campus.

Security responded to Linden Hall for a fire alarm. The alarm was caused by burnt food.

 

Drugs, Suspicion

Security responded to Linden Hall for suspicion of marijuana use. The call was determined to be unfounded.

 

Alcohol, Minor Cons., Arrest

Security responded to an intoxicated minor in the John Glas Fieldhouse. The Bemidji Police Dept. was contacted and the individual received a citation. BSU conduct charges were also forwarded.

Security responded to Tamarack Hall for a malfunctioning elevator. Maintenance was contacted to fix the issue.

Security responded to a call from the emergency phone in Pine Hall. The area was checked and no emergency was found.

Larceny, Theft

A television and an Xbox 360 were stolen from a Tamarack Hall dorm room.

 

Alcohol, Minor Possession, Arrest

An individual was found drinking near Oak Hall. The individual fled from security.

 

 

1/17/10

Security responded to a suspicious liquid in a Tamarack Hall elevator. The liquid was determined to be water.
