October 22:
Larceny, theft
Security took a report of a lost parking permit.  The permit was found by Security in another vehicle.  Bemidji Police Department responded and issued the owner of the vehicle a citation.

Biohazard

Security received a call regarding biohazard in Oak Hall.  A biohazard worker was contacted.


 October 23:
Property damage, accident

Security reported a fallen tree on Birchmont Drive in front of the David Park House to the Bemidji Police Department.  The tree caused damage to one vehicle.


 October 24:
Traffic Violation, parking
Security immobilized a vehicle parked in the Rec Center parking lot and the individual responded in a hostile manner.

 

Lost Property
Security received and took report of a ring that was found outside of Oak.  The owner was unable to be contacted.
October 25:
Found Property

Security received and took a report of a found BSU ID.  BSU ID was sent to the HMU reception desk.


 October 26:
Property Damage Vandalism

Security discovered vandalism on the north exteriors of Bangsberg and the east wall of Memorial.


 October 27:
 
Suspicious Person
An individual reported suspicious persons near the Central Maintenance Building.

 

Intrusion, False Alarm
Security responded to an intrusion alarm in the Aquatics Lab.

 

Biohazard
Security responded to a biohazard in Maple Hall.  A biohazard worker came in to clean it up.

October 28:


Assist, Agency
Security assisted Bemidji Police Department in spotting a suspect near an off campus residence north of Maple.

 

Medical
Security came upon a medical in Bangsberg while doing building checks.  The individual refused any medical attention and left the scene.  A biohazard worker was called to clean the area.

 

Found Property
Security found a car key in Bangsberg.  The item was placed in the Security Office.

 

False Alarm, Intrusion

Security responded to an intrusion alarm in the Talley Gallery.


 

October 29:


Disorderly Conduct
Security responded to an uncooperative individual in Walnut.
