Undercover Boss

 

CBS’s new nighttime show has only aired one episode but has received great reviews.  In this show, the boss or CEO of a major company goes undercover and performs the tasks assigned to some of the entry-level workers in his/her own company. It’s a great idea for a show because it allows the boss to see firsthand the rules he passes down and the effects they have. It also gives lower-level employees a connection to their boss. It’s a win-win situation for the company and it’s fun to watch. So, be sure to free your schedules for Sunday nights @ 8 p.m.
